Color: crystal clean, greenish yellow color with slightly golden hue.
Aroma: fresh, complex aromas with enlivening minerality, vivid bouquet of stone fruits (green apple, pear, light notes of quince), flowers, particularly wild and yellow.
Taste: round, balanced, warming up the palate. Notably expressive fruity notes (light notes of peach and apricot, impressively present cherry plum and ripe white cherry, slight hints of ripe pear, specifically duchess). Medium finish with pleasingly delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Outstandingly soft and harmonious aging in the oak, gently elegant hints of vanilla and caramel.
