This wine is straw-colored with light golden tones and dazzling sparkles. It features delicate, enticing aroma with honey and pear dominance, accompanied by the scent of meadow flowers and fresh grass. The wine is produced according to the Armenian traditional monastic winemaking technology from Voskehat, Kangun, grape kinds. Following this technology, the wine is aged in clay amphorae, resulting in faster wine maturation and more intensive flavor and aroma typical to those grape kinds.
The taste has pronounced ripe plum and white mulberry notes. There is a slight bitterness in the medium duration of the aftertaste.
To improve the quality of grapes, green harvesting is actively practiced, the yield is reduced to 6 tons per hectare. The grapes are entirely brought from the Aragatsotn wine region. The height of the vineyards is 1050 meters above sea level.
Recommended to serve with cheese cuts, seafood, and white meat dishes. Serve at 12-13o C.
Store in a ventilated room without external smell, excluding exposure to direct sunlight, at a temperature ranging from +10օC to + 16օC and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. Expiration date is unlimited if stored in required conditions.
Natural sediment is allowed.
